Flapjack Enterprises is a sole proprietorship owned by Daniel Cohen who has authored the children’s series entitled, The Adventures of Flapjack.
Flapjack Enterprises created the website, TheAdventuresofFlapjack.com using WordPress.org software and compatible plug-ins. It is continuously scanned by SiteLock, which is a third party service committed to keeping the site free from viruses and malware.
Flapjack Enterprises respects the privacy of every individual who visits www.The AdventuresofFlapjack.com (“Website”), purchases its products and/or attends sponsored events. This Privacy Policy is its commitment to transparency in communicating how Flapjack Enterprises collects, uses, and discloses the information that is collected from you, the visitor of its website and/or customer, as well as, the choices you have with respect to the information.

- Customers – individuals who register, on their own or on behalf of an entity, to use Flapjack Enterprises Services with the creation or administration of a Flapjack Enterprises/Adventures of Flapjack account.

Flapjack Enterprises asks for your account information which may include your name, business name, email address, physical address, phone number, and website domain, if applicable. When Flapjack Enterprises no longer has a legitimate business need to process your personal information, or no longer has a need to keep your personal information for any legal, tax, or regulatory reason, we will either delete or anonymize it.
